PicWar starts with ownership: you make the hero yourself, then watch that hero become part of an evolving roster.
How PicWar approaches character creation
Instead of sliders and costume presets, PicWar lets the player start from a drawing or uploaded image. The game then interprets that input into a fighter identity, battle traits, and a place inside the roster.
Why the roster loop is important
The payoff is not only making one hero. It is building a lineup you actually care about, then tracking which creations become favorites, winners, or long-term keepers.
